Sales Policy for orders within the United States

Refunds

All sales are FINAL. All gift card sales are FINAL.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We have a limited 14-day product replacement policy. We will accept returns and provide you with a replacement item, in our sole discretion, only in instances in which we have sent the wrong item or the item has damage or defects which have not been caused by the shipping company.

If the item has been damaged in shipping, your recourse is to contact the shipping company directly. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a replacement. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We appreciate your support and want to ensure you have a smooth experience with your international order!

  • Delivery Time: At this time all of our international deliveries are handled through DHL, with an estimated transit time of 7-18 days. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on customs processing and local postal services in your region.

  • Final Sale: Please be advised that all sales, including international sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any merchandise shipped outside the United States. Please be sure to double-check your order details before completing your purchase. All purchases of gift cards are final sale.
